Born 1968 in Paphos (Cyprus). Studied at the Athens Fine Arts School, at the Athens National Theatre and at the Athens Polytechnic School (MA). She has presented her works in various individual and group exhibitions. She has represented Cyprus in the Sao Paolo Biennale (2002). Recent participations include the exhibition Paris/Chypre (Paris, European Cultural Season, 2008), the biennales of Thessaloniki (2007), Tashkent (2007), Seville (2005) and Open 2003 (Venice, 6th International Exhibition of Sculpture and Installations). Lives and works in Athens (Greece).


Gioula Hatzigeorgiou was born in Pafos, Cyprus in 1968. She excelled at the Superior School of Fine Arts with professor Yannis Psichipedis, in 2000. Ms Hatzigeorgiou earned post-graduate studies at the Methsovion National Technical University.
